Dowsing - an introduction

Dowsing to find what pathway energies are flowing is an age-old tool and tradition going back many centuries. The historical context of dowsing differs from country to country, but most cultures are aware of dowsing.

Dowsing rods come in various lengths and rods of the longer variety are best suited for use on land, but they all do the same job and a pendulum can be used for dowsing too!

Jan and I both learned to dowse many years ago and we have loved how dowsing has taken us along an amazing journey that has become an integral part of our work. We use dowsing in both our property and land-based clearing and also personal work with clients.

Dowsing using a tool with either rods or a pendulum gives a clear yes or no answer when asked a direct question. As you are holding the rods or pendulum you are tuning into your higher self-intuitive abilities and energies and we also tune into the surrounding energies we pick up upon.

Learning to dowse takes you on a wondrous journey of self-development and helps to stretch your intuitive knowing. Anyone can learn to dowse it takes practice and patience, it is rewarding, self-satisfying and supports psychic development.
